JSYC permanent magnet iron removal filter is suitable for iron removal and impurity removal filtration of condensate water at the inlet of condensate pump of 300MW, 330MW, 350MW, 550MW, 600MW, 650MW and 1000MW generating sets in power industry. Condensate composite screen filter is used to filter large-size suspended solids and a large number of iron corrosion products in condensate water to ensure the safe operation of condensate pump. Reduce the iron content in the system. Plug-in demagnetization filtering method is adopted, and the magnetic rod is made of permanent magnet material of NdFeB alloy.

One.Working principle: Permanent magnetic filter is installed in front of the condensate pump, when the system works normally, the water flows from the filter inlet to the condensate pump through the screen and the permanent magnetic core package. The screen and the permanent magnet both remove the mechanical debris in the water through the screen, while the fine ferrous substances that cannot be removed by the screen are removed by the adsorption of the permanent magnet, the aperture of the screen is 2~4mm or designed according to the owner's requirements. The novel permanent magnet with high magnetic field strength, high magnetic field gradient and strong magnetic force has a magnetic field strength of 10000~14000GS, which can efficiently remove ferromagnetic substances, titanium, etc., and ensure the efficiency of the permanent magnet to reach over 95%. This equipment is equipped with a differential pressure control system. When the differential pressure reaches the maximum value, the system automatically reminds us to enter the backwash program. During the backwashing process, the condensate pump is out of operation, and the front and rear valves of the equipment are closed. This equipment completely adopts a fully automatic lifting and cleaning device. Cleaning and automatic demagnetization function: After the magnetic bar is lifted, there is no magnetic field in the working part of the equipment, and the equipment is automatically demagnetized, and the adsorbents in the equipment are washed with demineralized water or condensed water, and automatic cleaning is completed. It start to work after backwashing is completed and the air is exhausted to a vacuum state, and the equipment can't be backwashed during the operation of the system.
